Are there any reserve pick-up charges?

Pick-up is free from our locations.

Rest of the countries: Customers will be responsible for shipping the product back to us with tracking details at The customer will be liable to pay the return shipping and customs charges, which are non-refundable.

Do you offer a trial before buying?

Yes, we offer a trial at our two stores in Surrey, British Columbia and Calgary, Alberta. If you're located in these areas, we would be happy to assist you in-person.

Shipping & Returns

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders with a minimum purchase of CAD$200.

Do you offer a 24-hour dispatch service?

Yes, we do! Our 24-hour dispatch service ensures that your order is dispatched from our store the same day, so you receive the product in the next 2-3 business days. Please note that this service is applicable only on products that are in-stock and not applicable on custom-stitched outfits or alterations.

Does Meena Bazaar Canada ship to multiple addresses?

We do not deliver to multiple addresses for a single order. If you need items shipped to multiple addresses, we kindly ask you to place separate orders for each destination. This ensures a smoother delivery process for your items.

Will I have to pay duties?

There is NO duty for Canada, USA, Mexico, UK, Australia & India.

For most countries: Customers do not pay duty, depending on their country's duty rules and purchase value. We recommend checking your country's duty rules for specific details related to your order.

What is the process for refund & exchange?

We offer 15 days Return & Exchange guaranteed.

Share a photo showing the condition of the item with a detailed reason for refund or exchange.

Our Return team and fitting experts will get in touch with you accordingly.

A quality check is performed the day we receive the outfit back. If the outfit passes the quality check, we will issue an exchange or refund on the same source of payment.

I want to cancel my order?

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. Call us directly at +1 (604)-544-4445, and we'll assist you with the cancellation process.

Can I exchange or return my order?

Exchange and returns are available for products within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all tags intact. International customers are responsible for return shipping.

What if the delivered outfit doesn't fit me?

We understand that finding the perfect fit is essential, and we're here to help you. If your delivered outfit doesn't fit, please email us at with your required size and an image of the outfit, placing a measuring tape on the incorrect size section. Our fitting expert team will promptly assist you with a solution.

Additionally, we provide a 15-day return and exchange policy for all online purchases to ensure your satisfaction. Please note that the outfit's quality should not be compromised for the return or exchange process.

What size should I order?

To determine the right size for you, please refer to the size chart available on each product page or on our footer.

The size chart provides measurements for bust, waist, and hip, which you can use to select your size.

However, please note that sizes may vary across different silhouettes.

Do you offer customization on small items?

Customization is available for products labeled "CUSTOM STITCHED" on our website.

This means that the product can be made according to your size from scratch. If you're interested in customizing a specific item, look for the "CUSTOM STITCHED" option on the product page.

Why do price changes for bigger sizes?

Additional charges are applicable for plus sizes. These additional charges include costs for our workmanship, as creating larger sizes requires extra materials and specialized techniques to ensure a proper fit and quality finish. We charge 15% additional (on each size increase) on XXL onwards.

Most of our products are available in M / 38 sizes as standard. We provide a 0.5-inch margin from both sides of the outfit for your convenience. For example, if your bust size is 32, there will be an extra added margin. Please refer to our size guide below for a better understanding.

Please note we have quite limited outfits in plus sizing and there will be an additional 15% on each size increase. If it's not available, we would need to Made to order / Custom Stitched it on your special request.

Custom Stitched / Made-to-Order

We can custom fit the outfit to your size within certain ranges. Please note that there will be an additional 15% cost on the product price for customizations. Customization options depend on the product, as not all products can be customized. Only products that shows "CUSTOM STITCHED" option on the product page can be customize according your requirments.

Please note that slight variations in size are possible due to fabric material. If you have any specific questions about sizing or customization options for a particular product, feel free to contact us for assistance.

How Custom Stitched / Made-to-Order works?

For the custom stitched, we offer a custom fitting service where you can fill out a detailed form on the product page with all the necessary information or place an order in-store with our expert tailors.

We use the sizes you provide to custom curate the outfit from scratch to your measurements, and we'll reach out if we need more details. Please note that custom fitting outfits take approximately 6-8 weeks for delivery, as quality craftsmanship takes time.

Custom Stitiched is also called Made To Measure.

Do you carry plus sizes outfit?

Yes, Meena Bazaar Canada offers plus sizes in select outfits. Please note we have limited outfits in plus sizing, and there may be an additional cost on the product price for special requests. If you're interested in plus sizes, we recommend checking the product descriptions or contacting customer support for more information on availability. You can also place the order as a CUSTOM STITCHED.

Do you have tailors in-store for measurements?

Yes, we do! We have tailors in-store at all our locations for your convenience. You can come in to provide your measurements.

How do I make a purchase?

Please note that we are unable to comment on the authenticity of any items not purchased directly from Meena Bazaar Canada.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless marked as "SOLD OUT." Please note that even if an item is in your shopping cart, it can still be purchased by another customer until you complete your order. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please opt in for "PRE-ORDER" option on the product page.
