Yes, we offer personalized consultations in-store or virtually.

What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?

Let us know within 2 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or fix.

Can I speak to someone before placing a Custom Order?

Absolutely. Call us directly to speak with a tailor or sales staff.

What are your hours?

We’re open Monday–Sunday, 11 AM to 7 PM. Check our contact us page for more information.

Can I order if my size is sold out?

Yes! Just select the Pre-Order option. We'll make it for you and ship in 4–6 weeks.

How do I know my order was placed?

You’ll receive an email confirmation right after checkout. Didn’t get it? Check spam or contact us.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours or before shipping. Custom orders cannot be changed once production begins.

How long does shipping take?

Ready-to-ship: Dispatched in 1–2 business days; delivery in 3–7 days (Canada/US)

Pre-Order: Dispatched in 4-6 weeks; timing vary depending on the availability

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We ship globally. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Can I request express or rush delivery?

Yes. For urgent dates, contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability and timeline.


Can I pick up my order in-store?

Yes, we offer local pickup at our store. Just choose the “Pick Up” option at checkout or contact us to arrange it.

What’s the difference between Ready-to-Ship, Pre-Order, and Custom Order?

Ready-to-Ship: In-stock and ships in 2–4 business days

Pre-Order: Made for you if your size is sold out; ships in 4–6 weeks

Custom Order: Fully tailored to your measurements; ships in 6–12 weeks

How do I place a Custom Order?

Select “Custom Order” when choosing your size. After checkout, our stylist will call you within 24 hours to take your measurements and confirm details.

Can I customize the color or design?

Many outfits allow for adjustments like color, sleeve style, or length. Our stylist will guide you through available options during the consultation. Some outfits cannot be fully customized.

Will there be extra charges for Custom or Plus Sizes?

Minor adjustments are included, but plus sizes or heavy embroidery may have additional charges. We’ll inform you before production starts.

Can I return or exchange a Pre-Order or Custom outfit?

Since these items are made specifically for you, they are final sale unless there’s a damage or quality issue.

What if my outfit doesn’t fit perfectly?

Minor size variations (±1 inch) can happen. In-store tailoring is available for adjustments.

Do you offer plus-size options?

Yes, many designs are available in plus sizes. Additional charges may apply depending on material. Plus Sizes are usually taken as custom order so it could take 6-10 weeks.

Can I get my outfit altered in-store?

Yes, we have tailors in-store. Just bring your outfit and we’ll assist with any necessary adjustments (charges apply).

Do you offer fittings for bridal or party wear?

Yes, we recommend booking a fitting for bridal, reception, or heavy outfits. Virtual fittings also available or drop-in store.
