At Meena Bazaar Canada, we want you to love your purchase. While all sales are final and no refunds are offered, we're happy to assist with exchanges or provide store credit within our guidelines below.
Our Policy at a Glance
No Returns • Exchanges & Store Credit Only
You have 15 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange or store credit for eligible items.
1. Exchange Requirements
Your item must meet all these conditions:
- Unworn and unused with all original tags attached
- In original packaging (including garment bags, if provided)
- Original receipt or proof of purchase required
- $50 processing fee applies to all exchanges
Please note: We carefully inspect all returned items. Any signs of wear, alterations, or missing components may disqualify your item from exchange.
2. Store Credit Option
When an exchange isn't possible (such as sold-out items), we may offer Store Credit at our discretion.
Store Credit Details:
- Valid for 12 months from issue date
- Equal to original purchase price minus any applicable fees
- Non-transferable and valid only at Meena Bazaar Canada locations
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
3. Items Not Eligible
The following items cannot be exchanged or receive store credit:
Custom & Made-to-Measure Orders
- No exchanges or cancellations after 24 hours from purchase
- All custom work is considered a final sale
Digital Gift Cards
- Non-refundable and non-exchangeable
Final Sale Items
- Clearance and marked-down merchandise
- Items purchased during special promotions (as indicated at the time of sale)
4. How to Exchange or Request Store Credit
Option 1: Visit Our Store
- Bring your item with the original receipt
- Pay the $50 processing fee
- Choose your replacement or receive store credit
Option 2: Email Us
Contact orders@meenabazaarcanada.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for exchange
- Photos of the item (if applicable)

5. Garment Care Instructions
Important: Following proper care ensures your garments stay beautiful and maintain your exchange eligibility.
- Dry Clean Only - Professional cleaning recommended
- Low Steam Iron Only - Use pressing cloth when needed
- Do Not: Hand wash, machine wash, tumble dry, or spot clean
Quality Check: Please inspect your items immediately upon purchase or delivery. Report any manufacturing defects within 24 hours of receipt.
6. Shipping Information
We ship worldwide with love! Based in Canada.
USA & International Orders:
- The customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees
- Delivery times may vary based on customs processing
