Intricate Sharara Suit

I had a really good experience with the ladies at Meena Bazaar. Really helpful and friendly :). The day I purchased my outfit went great but I had to leave it behind for alterations. While I was purchasing the outfit, I was also told that they would do some finishing that they noticed needed to be done (threads hanging off all over the border etc) so I was happy that they noticed that without me telling them to do it . However when I went to pickup my outfit on the promised day , the alterations weren’t even started, and the finishing wasn’t done. I don’t live nearby so I had to wait over 30 minutes for them to quickly make it tighter and then I didn’t bother reminding them to do the finishing because I was short on time. It was a bit disappointing because I thought the customer service initially was great the first day. I would go back in the future but I would definitely need to be clear on my expectations and need to call ahead of the promised day now. Wish I had time to get it done properly but didn’t work out this time.
